Perfect for our use
We purchased the Stainless Steel BottleLess Water Cooler for personal use. Since I drink a lot of water, constantly refilling the refrigerator Brita bottle was becoming a nuisance. This completely fills our need for filtered drinking water. The only drawback is that we wish that there was an adjustment to the temperature for the hot water. It is a little lower than what we would prefer for hot tea or instant coffee. The installation was relatively easy. I had been a little concerned about the hot water and a 2 year old grandson. But the safety feature seems adequate. He does enjoy getting his own cup of water. The ease to remove and clean the drip pan is a plus. Would definitely recommend this item for home use if filtered water is important to you.

A great Transaction!
Just what I needed. No more filling & lugging bottles. It looks great. I may get another for my home in Florida. Here is a follow up after several months of use. This unit serves us well. We use it daily and have found no problems with it. My friends that carry bottles are considering the switch.
