Good find
The manual for my bosch canister vac suggests replacing this filter every fifth vacuum bag, but these are hard to find (especially since bosch stopped making vacuum cleaners for the US market in 2009 - just found that out :(). These appear to be direct replacements. FYI - the hole into the motor lands to one side of the filter so I get 10 vaccum bag changes out of these by turning them 180 degrees after the 5th bag.
Bosch Pre-Motor Filter
Our Bosch tank-type vacuum somehow ingested some water, soaking the already-vacuumed dust and dirt. After a while it started to stink. On opening it up I found the problem and replaced the collection bag. I also noticed that the pre-motor filter was wet, so immediately went on-line to find a replacement. I found it and ordered it. The post-motor filter was also damp so we found that and ordered that. On the filters' arrival I inspected them, found them exactly like the originals, and I installed them, the fit perfectly, and the bad smell was gone.

i have had the original filter for many years and i finally bought new one to replace it... even after washing the old filter smelled and it was hard to clean...
