Our oven piece melted and I bought this one and it worked great. Fit perfectly and was easy to install.

It was listed as an original GE part. Instead I received a knock-off replacement part. We would have never purchased it.

I accidentally ordered the wrong part, but it was bent and not packed adequately to protect it. Is e=sent it back with an explanation, and they gave me a complete refund.
