Canner Element Kit

the bath type canning pot is so big it nearly comes in contact with the edge of the stove, the top of the stove surface gets so hot when canning using the standard element it just does not seem safe. The canner element kit raises the canning pot further off the stove, still gets close to the edge of the stove, but it is above it, This also helps with heat distribution. When done, the canner element is easily removed and stored with other canning supplies and the standard element is replaced. This is a practicle item that works very well, if you can food (even with a pressure cooker) you need one of these.

Amazing canning element.
Supper fast shipment and so easy to plug in. It makes such a differance in the heat on the top of the stove as it was advertised to do. I use a pressure cooker with the jiggle type weight and with this element there is better temperature control in as much as it jiggles more consistantly than before with the standard element.

I wish I had know about this....
...5 years ago when I first started canning. This is a nice compliment to my canning supplies. It's got heavy duty supports under the burner ring and the drip pan is nice and deep, and stainless steel so it's easy to clean!

Now, I just need some touch up paint to cover the sins of my previous canning projects and use this little critter the next time the water/pressure canners come out!
