Poor attention to quality
I bought the GE Monogram microwave and then got this trim kit to install around the cabinet. The trim kit came and on every corner where the stainless steel was molded the metal was all dimpled...not smooth. I returned this trim kit, got a replacement and again the corners of the metal are bent and deformed. This is clearly a manufacturing issue. So I then called the company, GE and spoke to "Monogram Customer Care" and was told that this is not their issue. It is "cosmetic" and they do not cover that. I was told to return it to the dealer and have them send it back for a replacement. All I wanted was for GE to inspect a new trim kit before sending it out. This has been going on for 3 weeks. Still waiting to see how it turns out. I will need to return the kit to the dealer and wait again.

I thought this was made from stainless steel. I got desapointed with that...
This is a plastic material.....Probably will not last so long.
